SELECTION OF THE FACILITY SITE

During this phase, the most appropriate places are selected for the facility.  If you have a surface of more than 100m2 of roof over any type of building, please contact us.  It can also bring you profitability.

DECISION ON THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

The facility’s power determines the maximum number of participants each project must have.

POINT OF CONNECTION AND ADMINISTRATIVE PAPERWORK

All the necessary paperwork will be done to obtain legal permits, including approved projects, recognition of the facility as belonging to the special system, petition for work and activity license and point of connection to the network.

SHARE RESERVE

Interested parties will consolidate their desire to participate in the investment by signing the contract and making a payment of 10% of the share amount.

BEGINNING THE JOB

In this phase the collection of materials for the facility occurs. Participants will pay 70% of the share amount.

JOB CERTIFICATION

The point when the work is finished and its correct execution is reviewed.  Following this certification the facility is legalized.

CONNECTION TO THE NETWORK

At this point the facility’s production is connected to the distribution network and the generated energy is recorded. When the registration number as electrical energy producers is secured, the electricity is invoiced. Participants will pay the remaining 20% of the share amount.

EXPLOITATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

The facility is already underway and producing energy. Each participant will receive monthly reports on the energy generated and the billing obtained. Results of the production less the operating costs will be divided among the participants in proportion to the investment made.
